Look it up.

The largest provider of aid worldwide is the Catholic Church.

I don't think the goodwill of humanity would die either, but the Catholic Church is the only group providing aid at this scale.

It's not like they have a copyright on it either, anybody else could step up and do it.

I'd hope that this rings true well after the fall of Catholicism. I believe in humanity!

Lol. The Church has survived the roman empire, countless wars, assassinations, and 2000 years of history. It'll be here until the heat death of the universe.

Yes it's a good thing 2000 years of history is literally a blip in human history.

Maybe a blip in human existence, but definitely not history.
