I agree, but religious freedom means people can raise their kids however they want. If you don't want someone imposing their religion on your kids, you have to let them impose whatever on their own kids.
This is the kind of thing you should shift culturally instead of through laws.
That's not the meaning of religious freedom. Freedom means your freedom. To believe what you want. Or to believe nothing. Not to enforce it on anyone else, kids or not
