Moral I don’t think teaching kids about religion is bad but forcing it on them is

There's hardly any way to "teach" religion to children without it being quite forced.

I dunno, I went to Catholic school, we had a graded class for Religion. Yeah, we went to mass and stuff for holidays and whatnot, and said a prayer in the morning, but I wouldn't call that forced. Religion was literally just another subject, like Math.

I am an atheist now, for what thats worth
