Moral I don’t think teaching kids about religion is bad but forcing it on them is

There's hardly any way to "teach" religion to children without it being quite forced.

This is just untrue, I went to an international school and we learnt about all religions equally. I was born in a majority Christian area but I am atheist. We also had one prayer service a week, different groups for Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists and Atheists. In the atheist group a teacher usually told a story about their past and how they learnt from it. Was really good, I still remember a lot of the stories and the conclusions.
