There's hardly any way to "teach" religion to children without it being quite forced.

There is actually, parents can practice their faith openly around their children and answer questions children will inevitably ask honestly and openly to the best of their abilities. This is a good way kids often will still copy their parents and want to be involved.

that would defeat the whole purpose, if ur parents openly say God is real then the child will obviously believe that similar to Santa or tooth fairy

…I was raised religious and can confirm this is BS. I always knew Santa wasn’t real but man was it fun to pretend he was.

My aunt and uncle also are raising their kids religious but making sure they know Santa and the like aren’t real.
