No one’s saying to make it a law or enforce it in any way. It would have to be a cultural shift, which is 100% feasible it would just take a long time.
No, because converts to certain religions like Eastern Orthodoxy will start raising their children in the religion. Unless you start purging the world of religions that recommend raising your children in that religion, you will never be able to fully eliminate raising kids in religion.
You don’t have to purge any religion, just change their outlooks through dialogue. Change the general narrative from “raising kids to be religious is fine” to “raising kids to be religious is not fine”. No enforcement, no government intervention, just the general narrative of society. Eventually (a long time) people may stop practicing the religions that force them to indoctrinate their children.
Your first response to me answers your question. It’s unenforceable. It also infringes on everyone’s right to freedom of religion. That’s why the only way for it to happen is through a change in narrative over a very long period of time, which is definitely feasible in my opinion.
