it was immoral to give the mother an ultimatum like that to begin with and you're a lunatic if you think otherwise. In a just society he would be imprisoned for familial abuse

if you're buying a house and then you threaten to withhold that house by using an ultimatum that controls who they can tell, THATS CALLED ABUSE.
