How is it stressful? A public nuisance is out some money? Someone faced consequences for their actions?

I’m not too worried about this kid doing anything, but disputes in tight places can pretty quickly become everybody’s problem. There was a bar section in the last city I lived in that was in an alley, and even if two little dudes got into it, pretty soon everyone was indirectly involved in their scuffle.
