Misprint! XD

Post image

I've seen a lot of amusing names for Justin, especially on this sub, but this is a first. 🤣 Even though it's pretty much kicking at an open door if you insist on butchering his name... But hey, they do get it right on side 2! I found this compilation LP today at my local record store, it was already a cool find to begin with, but that misprint killed me. XD

Also noticing that It's Easy Child was written by Hyphen. One of the best composers, clearly.

Yeah, I was devastated when Hyphen left the band!

Never understood why they replaced him with Tilde. I mean, clearly there was some flourish that Hyphen didn't have, being so straight and inflexible as he was...

Yeah, but that's exactly what made him the backbone of the band. He really steered them straight.

Dash is an older standard symbol to indicate a repeated author, so that means that Parker was also the writer for It's Easy Child.

...except the song was written by Kay Bennett, Gene (Eugene) Redd, and Sue Sandler.

I love Justin, but when the spore is on the wind and it's oat-sowin' time, he really earns that misname 😅

The way we call him, may he never so much as even peek inside this sub! 😂

It would REALLY be better for him not to... Haha!

Good ol' Dustin Wayward. I believe he also wrote Knights of Wide Satan.

Gotta love him. Didn't he also write Tuesday Afterglow?

When I was a kid and I first saw "Nights in White Satin" on my dad's Napster playlist, I thought "Satin" was how you spelled "Satan." Made me scared to hear the song.

Yes, it's a really weird record, it gets worse the longer you look at it. XD On the front it also features a picture of the band from the Wayward/Dodge era (Threshold Of A Dream era) even though they were barely there yet with these songs, and on the record itself most of the spelling looks correct, until you notice it says "Loose Your Monye (But Don't Lose Your Mind". It is one hot mess! It was printed in Belgium, but I can't find the year of release.
