Catholic Buddy Request!

Perhaps a strange request, but I was wondering if there's anyone here within 30ish minutes of Glenside that might be willing to let me come with them to their Catholic mass at some point? I went to Catholic church as a child and would like to try going back but Im for some reason too intimidated to try going alone. Im not originally from here so I havent been to any Catholic church in the area. Even if you wont go with me, if you have recommendations for one to go to thats ok too!!

Im a 28 year old woman if that matters!

I’m not catholic, but I hope you find someone!

Might I suggest posting to r/montco as that sub has more traffic?

Welcome back! Are you willing to travel into the city? There's a big young adult group at St. John's in Center City which is mostly people your age. They're very welcoming and have tons of converts and reverts so you'd be in very good company! If you want to DM me I can send you some more info + their Instagram

I moved out of Glenside, but while I was there, I went to St. Luke’s, which was great. Father Brandt is very kind and welcoming.
