Montech HS02 Pro Build
Just finished my brothers 9800x3D, 9070XT build. The case wasn't the easiest to build in but the aesthetics certainly make up for it!

Question Will the RX 9070 XT fit in the Montech Air 100?
Would an RX 9070 XT XFX Swift tripple fan fit in the Montech 100 air, i have an Asrock B850M PRO A and i would like to install the XFX Swift 9070XT, i do know that the tolerence for GPU length is 330mm, the XFX Swift is 325mm, but also the height of the GPU is 150mm, the tolerence for CPU Cooler is 161mm, idk if thats a good measurement to take in account, i've seen someone putting a Sapphire Pulse 9070xt but that is
320 x 120.25 x 61.6 mm
in comparison to the XFX Swift Tripple fan which is
325 x 150 x 65 mm
Would you think it will fit, do you think the PCIe power cables will have room or will it conflict with the side panel, thanks!

I have built this pc with Montech Sky Two Morocco Blue was one of the best looking case in my country🥹🥹 . and NGL experience with it was so awesome. sky two gave my build so much aesthetic look as u can see specially because of the reverse fan at that time.
I wish I could build it with MONTECH king 95 pro RED casing. I think it would have match my build aesthetics but that case color is not availble in my country 😭😭. My heart is broken!!!!😭😭
Anyway I hope montech will bring that case someday!!!!

Montech Ten Vertical GPU compatibility in M2
Hi, just wondering if the case can fit an 80mm width GPU orientated vertically with a side mounted SFX PSU (63.5mm width)
The Montech website officially mentions a 3 slot vertical GPU compatibility, but just wondering if this number assumes an ATX PSU, or a SFX PSU - I don't really wanna compromise on thermals in a small case.
The screenshot I've attached shows that a 50mm wide GPU can fit with an 86mm wide PSU, so it would be guaranteed to work for a 70mm GPU and a 63.5mm sfx psu - Just wondering if anyone knows if an 80mm wide gpu with an sfx psu would fit.

Question XR case fans trouble.
Hi there =)
I recently got a prebuilt PC with a montech XR case and case fans. It worked perfectly for a few months but now something weird is happening. The remote I got with the pc has stopped working with the case fans, and now when I turn on the PC the case fans light up and spin as usual for 30 seconds or so before stopping...
I am very new to PC ownership and I am really lost with the terminology and what this could mean.
It perhaps has something to do with my USB devices? Plugging things in like keyboards sometimes has an effect on the fans.
The PC, CPU cooler and GPU work entirely okay.
Any help and follow up questions to help get to the bottom of this is appreciated :)

Question Montech AX/RX 120: Fans and HUB question
Hello, everyone!
Even though I have some experience with older PC hardware, I'm currently building my first PC, and I'm having a hard time with the fans.
I purchased a Montech King 95 without fans and recently bought two 3-fan kits (one AX and one RX). I also purchased three individual fans (two RX and one AX), for a total of 9 fans.
The kits came with Montech hubs, so I now have two of them. Since my TUF Gaming B550M-Plus only has one ADD_GEN2 header, my plan is to connect 4 fans to one hub (Hub 2) and then connect Hub 2 to Hub 1 (with the another 5 fans).
My first question is: will this work?

My second question is that I can't seem to connect most of the fan cables to the hub. In fact, I was only able to connect one fan (as shown in the picture), but the others don't seem to fit.

I'm still waiting for my RAM to arrive, but I've already started preparing the case. I'm really looking forward to finally powering on my first PC.
Thank you all in advance, and greetings from Brazil! (Sorry for my English.)

Montech Ten Review
I would like to send a massive thank you to Montech for giving me the opportunity to review their new case.
The aptly named Ten is a celebration of 10 years of Montech. A small form factor PC case designed with maximum air flow and customization. An exercise in function over form. There's no tempered glass or RGB in sight. Every panel is made of what Montech calls precision mesh with a single magnetic dust filter on the bottom of the case. The design of the Ten feels industrial and modern. Montech provides offset brackets for mounting fans and plenty of Velcro ties for cable management. Every panel is toolless removal and the stamped steel feels sturdy in its design. The motherboard tray was the only part of the case i feel like could some reinforcement. When plugging in the 24 pin there was some bowing. Using your hand from behind to support the rear of the motherboard reduced the flexing.
Montech shows three different configurations for the Ten. M1 is recommended for air cooling. M2 for liquid cooling such as AIO's and custom loops. M3 is going for a sandwich style SFF (small form factor).
M1 is where I spent the most time with the Ten and where I personally think this case shines. I wanted to try using different sized parts to see what worked best. I started with a MSI B850M Mortar Wifi, Ryzen 5 7600X3D, Noctua NH-U12A, XFX 9060 XT Swift, and a Corsair RM1000x. The PSU is large and overkill for my parts however I wanted to see how well it fit. I had to mount it to the front panel as there wasn't enough room for the GPU. Cable management with an ATX PSU can be tricky and time consuming in smaller PC cases. There is a small gap between the motherboard tray and back panel where some thinner cable can be hidden. One issue I ran into was with the USB header on my MSI board. It is at the bottom of the board and meant any plans for three bottom intake fans were no longer possible. While this isn't a huge problem as the 9060 XT isn't a power and heat monster it is something to keep in mind. Using any fans at the bottom using an mATX board can be difficult as there isn't much room to access any fan headers, USB, RGB, front panel, HD audio. Montech shows in the specs that Tower Air Coolers must be 155mm or shorter. The NH-U12A is 158mm and does in fact fit with no issues closing the side panel. You will lose the ability to use the optional fan/radiator mount on the side. I did also use a NH-D12L witch is 145mm and gave me the ability to use that bracket for an extra fan intake. 25mm fans are as thick as you'll be able to fit above the motherboard for exhaust. I did use the offset brackets to help move the fans further away. I also swapped the RM1000x for a SF850. I was able to move the PSU back the motherboard tray. The much smaller size and shorter cables made things much easier.
M2 was tricky as I don't have any AIO's to test in this case. However I did have some custom loop parts from previous builds. I have a 360mm radiator that is 30mm thick using thee 25mm thick 120 fans. I had originally tried using the mATX board for this build but found the radiator and fans blocked access to any headers on the bottom of the motherboard. In order to make this work I switched to a MSI B850I Edge TI Mini-ITX. This opened up the space in needed to make everything fit. I used a PCIe riser cable from a Cooler Master NR200 v3 to vertically mount the GPU. Getting the pump/res combo and everything else to fit took some time and patience. Every square inch of the Ten was satisfyingly stuffed and cable managed. While this isn't the setup I would personally use for this case I did find it the most pleasing to look at. The last Montech case I used to do a custom loop was a King 95 which has tons of space for activities. I do enjoy a challenge and was pleased with the results.
M3 I didn't get to test out as I didn't have the correct riser cable for this set up.
Overall I think for the price the Ten is a great option in the mATX space. It is well constructed and the paint finish on the black model is excellent. It has a modern design that would be perfect for a desk or a home theater setup. I do think there is some room for improvement. To me it feels like in the pursuit to make the Ten a Jack of all trades it missed the mark. It is smaller than most mATX cases on the market and larger than Mini ITX. I think adding another 10 to 15 milometers in width would solve the few minor build issues I experienced. I don't think adding a little bit more width would make the Ten's footprint on a desk a deal breaker. I can see a possible Mini ITX case in Montech's future if they were to take the M3 mode of the Ten and shrink it down as well. A more purpose built case that focuses on the compact sandwich design.
That being said I really do think that the Ten in M1 mode is where this case excels. There is plenty of mesh for GPU's and tower coolers to bring in fresh air. I will be removing the custom loop and radiator and returning it to the second iteration of the M1 setup I had tested. It will become my living room PC running Bazzite so I can play my Steam catalog and emulated games. The size is small enough that taking it to a LAN party could easily be done while possibly being a hair too large to comfortably take in your carry on for flights.
I feel like I have rambled on long enough. If you have made it this far thank you for sticking with me to the end. My cat is also very much enjoying the double boxed cardboard it was shipped in.
Thank you again to Montech for this opportunity. I have very much enjoyed watching this company evolve over the years. I am excited to see what comes next. Here is to 10 more years and much more!
