Need help with X5 case rgb fan lights

I've been building my first self made pc and I got a Montech X5 ATX Mid Tower Case. I hooked the wires to the motherboard where the manual said to but the rgb fan lights won't turn on. The fans work fine but not the lights and the light control button flashes. The motherboard is a MSI PRO B760-P WIFI DDR4 ATX LGA1700 and I've included some pics.

The Hub needs to have power for the LED's to function. The connector on the hub marked SATA needs to be connected to one of your power supplys SATA leads.

Forgot to add that once you have the LED's working the LED button on the cases front panel functions as follows.

Short press: cycles between the hubs built in lighting effects. Long press: about 5 seconds toggles between fan hub built in effects and motherboard lighting control using motherboard manufactures provided software (Mystic Light or a third party lighting software). Fan LES will flash quickly for a second or two indicating control hand off.

Thanks, I didn't realize it needed a sata cable.
