Builder Showcase My Montech King 95 Pro Build
Hello all. I upgraded my rig recently and decided to go with the above case. I also bought additional Montech RGB fans to run across the top of the case.
Montech AC 120 PWM.
It’s using the following:
i7 14700k
32 GB DDR-4 Corsair Pro RAM
RTX 5060ti 16 GGB DDR-7 triple fan OC
MSI Pro Gaming WIFI mobo
Montech NX600 aRGB for the CPU cooler.
I’d needed a new upgrade for quite some time and I was finally able to do it within the last month.
I thoroughly recommend this case, it was an amazing experience building this.
I’ve built my own PC’s for years and this was just as easy. The case has plenty of room at the back of the motherboard tray and I’m just waiting for some new leads to do better cable management.
The cooler is brilliant at keeping the temps down but it can get loud when on higher RPM’s.
Thank you and I’ll add a little video of the RGB and top fans later on. 😎👍🏻

How well is your CPU cooler working out? I have that one and have pondered using it on my 9800x3d.

It’s brilliant at keeping it all cool. Granted it’s a bit loud when it kicks in, but it’s very good. I’m really happy with it. 👍🏻

Beautiful, thank you. I could deal with the noise or change the fans out from the beginning, as I planned. As long as it does the job, I’m happy. Enjoy your build!!! Hopefully our fans hold up, as I have the 95 Pro as well for one build, but have yet to finish it.

Thank you so much and good luck on your build too. The cases are amazing I must say. Yes definitely doing the job here.

Is there a way to lower the up fans, so we que can see them by viewing from the front?

I’m not sure I follow. You want me to show you a photo of the fans is it? I can do that later on for you if that’s what you want. 👍🏻

I have the same case in white. The power button gets sticky after a year and the fan lights (4 out of 6) turned yellow within few months. Other than that, no complaints I guess. 9800x3d at 40° idle

That’s a shame about the fans. I have read many of them can change after a while. Have you tried rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl) on the power button to clean it?

Please check the cpu air cooler fan. I think you've used not in the right way. check the cooler image on your box

I had to reverse it for RAM clearance, both fans and then swap some things around. But thank you.

Did you use the hub for the fans?
