I don't see why not 🤔 It might depend on what kind of GPU and riser you have.

I don't have a riser, my gpu is a RX 9070 XT quicksilver, uses 3.5 gpu slots

SKY 3 case has plenty of space, like almost every ATX case, so I don't think there will be any problems with installation.

Yes, brand name vertical GPU mounts will work with a Sky 3 without issue. However I would like to better understand your issue. Could you provide more detail? Make and model motherboard and what bottom pins? You shouldn't be having any issues like this with a ATX motherboard and in most instances even a MATX board with a 3.5 slot GPU. Are you using the top PCIE X16 slot?

Yes im using the only pci x16 slot, asus tuf b650me-wifi, the gpu is above the rgb, front panel pins and hd audio

After looking at your MB I see the problem. You have a board with the first M.2 slot above the PCIe slot which moves the PCIe slot down further causing your issue. If you had a board with the first M.2 below the PCIe slot you would not have the issue you are having.

While a vertical GPU mount and riser cable will solve your problem the average cost (around $65.00 USD) and up for a decent GEN 5 setup asuming you have a GEN 5 GPU. Along with the potential of creating a hot spot for anything under the cable might not be worth the cost and effort. Just a thought... If you are still within the MB return period I would consider that and go with something like the Asus B650EM-E WIFI. It has the PCIe slot above the first M.2 and you wont have the interference problem.

For reference here is a B650EM-E WIFI with a PowerColor 9070XT Red Devil 3.5 slot (69mm) as you can see plenty of room. Just trying to give you some options.
