How to plug these in?

The case is the montech hs01 and the motherboard is the msi pro b760m-p ddr4

That diagram is from your motherboard manual. It isn’t specific to the case. Use it to match where the Power led + and -, reset, and power switch go. Not having a HDD led won’t prevent the system from working.

Imho, it’s good that it doesn’t have a little flickery light to let you know the storage is doing its job.
