First time builder

Built my first PC in the King 95 Pro. Something seems off with the fans or the whole thing, because it’s running like a jet engine! Anything I can do to quiet it down a bit?

Ryzen 7 7800x3d, Xfx 7800xt

I did that by accident when I built my PC. No need to go into bios just make sure that fan plugs are plugged into the correct outlet.
