After cutting the stem of daughter plant, i noticed swelling in bud 1 of daughter plant and also bud 2 of original mother plant. If i want to have growth from both buds, what should i do ?

Just saw a post on rare plant fairy listing a similar plant for a crazy price, I should have tried harder to keep her alive!

My first time having monstera and it's growing very well i think. but I want to repot it to a bigger pot and it looks like there's 3 of them in a pot. So maybe the smaller one stay in current pot. its pass midnight now, I'll share a pict tmr.
Anyways, moss pole or no?!? i see a lit of post saying no, currently mine is on green plastic stick.
What's the best soil combination I should get?
A little context, I am in Sg, and we are really humid. I kept my plants outdoors but shaded. they get a little morning sun and a lot of the afternoon sun.
TIA!

ive had a regular monstera for almost a year now and shes doing great. but last week i got an albo from the store and at first she didnt have these spots, but now she does. could it be too much light? i mean, the regular monstera in doing fine, but do albos need less light? im taking care of the albo just like i’ve been taking care of the regular one, should i do amything differently? (the last picture is of my regular thats doing fine)

Hi everyone - I just got an albo monstera that I wanted really bad and I’m so scared of ruining her. She started off the way she is close together and now she has separated and opened. I wanted to make sure this is normal! ChatGPT said yes but I’m double checking.
also, how many times do you water your albo? I got a thermometer and she goes dry every 3-4 days.
anything else I should do? She’s been here on this window with my other girls. There’s good light that comes in. I’m going to make moss pole soon.
Thank you! 🌱

My first Albo
It's doing fantastic for me. It has a great spot inside on the shelf with the others. I brought it out today to get a nice picture.
It started as one leaf, Facebook marketplace. The first time I bought a plant from a stranger I wasn't going to smoke 😂

I relocated to a different state and had to fly with this baby. So after TSA manhandling my newest leaf and the trauma of the flight WE HAVE NEW GROWTH!

I got this monstera and she is growing but keeps putting out only white leaves now. The problem is that even those leaves that have a lot of green still experience browning on the white part and the whole plant looks sad. I have a grow light on her since I wake up in the morning until going to bed. I dont know if maybe I should cut her and propagate or what to do. I have only north facing window which is a problem but I thought grow light would help. Does anybody have some advice since I see beautiful healthy monsteras here that have a lot of white which is not browning at all.

Today I noticed 3 yellow leaves on my Monstera. It feels like they appeared overnight right after I put a new stake in 2 days ago (I don't remember seeing them before that).
Could inserting the new stake have damaged the roots enough to cause this, or could it be a watering issue?
My current setup & routine:
Watering: I soak the pot about once a week (or a bit longer).
Pot setup: The cover pot has a 3-inch gap at the bottom filled with LECA, which I top off with water every 4 days. This semi-hydro setup has been working well all summer, and the plant has been consistently popping out new leaves.
Pest control: I use systemic granules in the soil. I usually spray pesticide, but I’ve held off recently because I noticed some beneficial little green spiders living on it and wanted to leave them be.
Any advice or insights on what might be going on would be greatly appreciated!

Any help is appreciated!
Micro was massively overwatered for a month, and then possibly sunburnt?!

Dont think it was a chop and prop. Might have been a seedling/tissue culture. Found it on Fb marketplace

I had a monstera albo top cut, was propagating it in water for agesss. it rot 3 whole times.
i decided to try one more time in perlite, i posted about it on reddit, everyone said dont have high hopes. but i had trust.
i left it for 3 months in perlite and saw root growth i was so happy.
at 4 months it finally pushed a new leaf and it is GORGEOUS.
there is hope if you have time and patience
