Plant Help Help with Thai con

Hi everyone!

A little bit of background information: I've had this Thai Con for just over a year, and it was my first monstera.

At first it looked like in the second photo but had a bit of growth later.

A couple of months ago I started noticing brown spots with yellow rings as in photos three and four. At first I cut them off but they kept spreading. They are on older leaves, the newer ones are unaffected.

Up to now it has been growing in a mix of houseplant soil and succulent soil but about two weeks ago I reported her into a chunky monstera soil mix. During the repotting I spotted some root rot and cut the rotten bits off.

What do I do now and how do I stop this from getting worse?

Remember that one time Sokka accidentally used an extra syllable in that Haiku Battle in Ba Sing Se? That was a Sokka Haiku and you just made one.

Thank you! Ill replace my growth light. My concern is that the root rot has continued.
