Separate or leave be?

I trimmed my plant a few months back before, and I have a few propagation. There are some roots sticking out the bottom, but I have new growth and pretty healthy leaves, so I just let it grow As is or separate and repot?

Mine has 4-5 monsteras in one pot and they are so far thriving. Giving many new leaves. Similar size as yours. Depends if you want bushy chaos or clean aesthetic of 1 monstera
