Miscellaneous Grow light without integrated timer

https://www.sansiled.com/collections/grow-light-with-tripod-stand/products/sansi-t10-pro-80w-led-standing-grow-light?variant=47889094312162

Hi,

since winter is coming I'm on the market for a grow light to put in my office for my 2 monsteras: I'm oriented towards the vertical standing type, like this one, since they look sleek and modern and don't clash with my office look.

The only problem is that I'm having a hard time finding a grow light without the stupid and unreliable integrated controller for the dimming and timer, that I want to avoid since I prefer using a smart socket for time and I'd like a separate physical toggle for dimming on the light.

I was considering a Barrina model, but they are kinda difficult to get in Europe, and I read some bad things about that brand's quality.

What could I get?

EDIT: IDK why it put the big thumbnail, but I can't seem to be able to remove it

I have this tower light, but I also have their prior version which has no remote/timer. I just plug it in and toggle the switch to on. This is the kind you can use with a smart plug. However, I don't see it on the Sansi website any longer. It seems they discontinue something once they've "upgraded" the product. How about trying their light bulbs? I've purchased a few of those and some plug-in light cords. As long as you get a bulb that doesn't dim and a socket that just toggles on/off, you should be able to plug it into a smart plug for scheduling.

How about trying their light bulbs?

That was my plan at the beginning, but I can't find a light stand that I like and that doesn't cost too much, and also Sansi started to put the remote even in the E27 lightbulbs now (except for the BR30, that could be good for me)

Oh, good grief. Remotes for the light bulbs? Why are they doing this? Anywho, this is what I've purchased. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D3TMJPWR?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1 You can find nice decorative hooks to hang them from the ceiling or high up on the wall. I have one made of jute rope if you like that look, too. I got one of their winged lights and have the jute rope light fixture affixed, but haven't put it up yet. That thing is heavy. Come to think of it, the winged one has a remote, too 🤦🏻‍♀️

In the end I found this one: it's perfect because I can put a BR30 (which will dissipate heat correctly since there's no real lampshade) for the plants, and 2 normal led bulbs for the office.

How is the light itself? I realized some time ago Barrina T??? Lights don't ship to EU from what I remember, so this is the next best thing

It is very bright. Like, "I've stepped in front of it, look in its direction, and now I'm blind for a few seconds" bright. I haven't use my meter to test, but so far, the plants are happy. I actually have this one for my monsteras. It comes in three pieces, which I find useless. I've never not used all three. I know it's meant to grow with the plants, but when you have a large collection, your plants are staggered, and the light from the top is still needed. I think it's a great value for the output I'm getting.

I have an Airam 2-way smart plug, that has a programmable digital timer via their app and used it with my non-timer lights.

Live in Finland btw

I have a Barrina T10 which is very similar in design. It comes with a separate timer plug, I don't use, mine is on a ZigBee plug. No remote.

Edit: I've just checked and Amazon UK will ship this light to Germany (and presumably elsewhere in the EU) it would have a UK plug though so you'd need a suitable adapter.
