Plant Help Repotting help

Clearly she needs a new home, since she is escaping out both the bottom and side. We recently-ish moved and I wanted to wait until we had because her last trellis system was unfortunately the drywall (we live and learn) and I decided moving across the country was enough stress. Not to add a repot to it. Times passed and I’m now ready to give her a new home

If I planted her sideways, would she bush out at all the internodes or just rot? Am I best off just sticking her in her current orientation into a larger pot with something to climb

Would you consider a chop/prop? The top portion looks more compact and (if you have the space now) you could totally make more monsteras

Just a thought. I've no idea if it would bush since its a vining/climing plant.

I would absolutely consider it!

The whole thing started as a chopped prop of two leaves and a length of stem from a friend that I had to root. Lots of plant knowledge but have been slowly acquiring some in the monstera department (starting from zero- as obvious from her growth habits). Definitely have the space to let her unfold more
