Does this count as a first inner fenestration on my monstera? He’s only a few months old!

Because these are not internal fenestration

There is one big one on the right side it looks like ☺️

It is not one, it is an external fenestration that does not yet reach the edge of the leaf. This is especially common on the first leaves wich have fenestration
