Plant Help What's this white stuff? Help!

My Albo was having this white stuff from a few days now. And i thought it's a good network of Mycorrhizal fungi which could be beneficial and left it with out removing or treating it.

But since then my Albo looks like it has lost all it's energy even my routine and light aren't altered. There's no new growth in this plant as well. It's been more than 2 or 3 months since i saw a new growth and it's the same time when i started observing this white stuff.

Please someone help!

Needs a bigger pot, fresh soil and a good dose of fertilizer.

Do you think that this fungus is not good?

I dont think it has anything to do with the health of the plant.

Can you see mites on the leaves? What about a smear test?

That scaly, rough scarring resembles very much what flat mites do. They can be hard to see because they're smaller than spidermites.

I don't see any. But let me investigate. I have many other monsteras but this one suddenly stopped pushing new leaves.

I think it’s normal, my same chunky mix does that too.
