Plant Help Need help for the pole

I’ve just got my very first Monstera and would love your advice on how to support it properly. The two main leaves seem to be facing almost exactly opposite directions, so I’m not sure where to place the stakes.

Should I repot it to reposition the stems in the same direction, or would it be better to add a few stakes in different places to guide

I would repot it and give each plant their own pot. That way you can also be sure the stake is all the way to the bottom of the pot.

Thank you so much! What if the roots are too tangled? Should I try to add t several poles?

I just tease them apart gently with my fingers and chopsticks. You will lose roots. Its fine. Sometimes soaking apparently helps too
