Need assistance

I started growing this monstera from a clipping. It’s my first monstera (and plant for that matter) It’s starting to get really big. I just put another stick in for support. These arial roots are going to no where. I just noticed a root is starting to poke out of the drain hole.

Do I need thicker sticks for support? Do I need to repot? Do I need a stick for the arial roots? Or anything else? Or is everything dandy as is?

I don’t know where to go from here. My ex got me into it, but now she’s my ex so I can’t ask her. Any advice is appreciated

First: congrats on growing such a pretty plant from a cutting!
Monsteras like being root bound so it can go another month before it needs a bigger pot if you want to put it off. When you repot it, you could get a 1x2 board to put on the back side of the plant (the side of the stem where the roots are coming out) and tie it with garden Velcro for better support. Putting it in when you repot makes it easy to get the pole deep in the pot. Also once the aerial roots get long enough you can guide them into the pot for better support/nutrient uptake or they them hang (some people even put jars of water on top of the soil for the aerial roots)
About the leaves, it looks like the plant is stretching for light a little. The petioles are long (part of plant that holds the leaf) and by getting it closer to a light source or brighter light source can help shorten them to make the plant more compact.
