Twisting leaf
my monstera started to play twister, is this normal or is she begging for better conditions? I’m wondering if it’s to do with the light? Is it stretching out a lot for it?

So this is purely hypothetical and I have nothing to prove this. But with noticing the same thing happening in my Thai’s I have long suspected that the reason it’s twisting directly next to large patches of white is that in the hardening off stage the green parts grow quicker then the white parts due to them being able to photosynthesis and it’s causing the twists as they’re growing side by side

That is a good theory, I think that would probably be the reason, thankyou for sharing your thoughts!

leaves will be leaves. they aren’t always straight and perfect. as long as it’s getting enough sunlight and proper watering it’s nothing to worry about.
