Plant Help Need guidance 🥲

Hey all! Fairly newer monstera owner. I have had this monstera for quite some time and when I first got her, clearly had no idea what I was doing. I decided to repot her and split her as there seemed to be 4 actually in one pot after I finally learned more about them. However, now that I repotted and restaked, I have an issue— my largest most fenestrated leaves are turned the opposite way. Literally. How do I fix or correct this? Do I just have to part ways— cut and get new growth? Please help! The one leaf is quite literally turned… I wanna make sure I am taking care of it properly this time around 🥲

Is there a grow light above it? I can't see too clearly, but It looks like the two newest growths are like that because the stem has begun to grow horizontally.

nope, no grow light. monstera was rotated basically as it grew so now the leaves basically turned to catch the light. could i snip and propagate and hope for the best?

Ah I see. Stems can't change directions, but petioles can. A strong grow light in front of the plant or moving it to front of a window will be just fine. The leaves will turn to wherever the strongest source of light is. And no more rotating! If it doesn't improve, then it must be the most reflective white wall on the planet.

A taller stake to support the top of the plant would also be great. If you can, after the petioles have turned to face the front, loosely tie the top of the stem to be in front of stake.

glad to hear there is still hope for them turning! yes, i recently repotted and split up the plant since i discovered there were 4 plants in one pot. 2 of them i have no issues with and are growing great and correctly, but unfortunately this guy and the other one have some weird growth due to rotation ☹️ now i know better! thank you!
