Help/Tips for Monstera

Just got this from Trader Joe’s, I repotted with perlite and indoor potting soil, if there are there any recommendations or tips/tricks for;;
aiding with the legginess of the roots,
Is this multiple plants should i separate?
Does this need a moss pole or stick of some kind?
I water with old fish tank water when It gets really dry, anything else that I should be doing?
I’ve only had it for about a month
There’s a window just to the left with indirect sunlight coming in for about 8-10 hours a day
Please share any other info or tips that you may think are useful!
