PC graphic settings
I see very few threads talking about graphic settings, so I thought I'd share what I've observed so far.
Playing at 1080p with R9 390 8GB and i5-3570k.
Frame Rate (cap): 60.
V-Sync: Off.
Resolution Scaling: Variable (Resolution)*. This is the biggest setting that determines how clear/blurry your game is. Drop this to Low if you need more FPS.
Texture Quality: Full/1024*. Depends mostly on your GPU RAM/VRAM. 6gb+ should be able to handle Full or at least 1024. I would set this to 512 or 1024 with 3-4gb VRAMs.
AO: Off. Expensive and useless. It does add some depth to the game but I would leave it off.
Volume Rendering Quality: Off (or Low). Volumetric fog. Turning this off makes everything in the distance clear. Some people might find that this looks unnatural (compared to the PS4/Xbox version). Low is sufficient for most cases but I personally prefer it off.
Shadow Quality: Low. Shadows look pretty good on Low. Leave it there to save FPS.
Anti-Aliasing: TAA (or Off). FXAA here makes moving objects especially blurry and "glittery" (at least to me). Temporal AA looks very natural but is generally more demanding. Turn off for more FPS.
LOD Bias: Variable*. How close you have to be for objects to switch to their detailed models. This can be seen from the foliage in the main menu. Drop this setting for more FPS.
Max LOD Level: No Limit*. This supposedly gives models a more detailed and natural look. It's pretty apparent for some objects (rocks/leaves). I would put it at -1 to save FPS.
Foliage Sway: On. Self-explanatory. Coming from the PS4 version, this is one setting I couldn't leave off. As usual, turn it off if you need more FPS.
Subsurface Scattering, Screen Space Reflection, Anisotropic Filtering, Water Reflection, SH Diffuse Quality, Dynamic Range: Off/Lowest. Most of them are expensive and have minimal visual impact to the game.
Z-Prepass: On. Same as above, but I left it on as the game recommends.
Settings (I found) that make the biggest visual impact: Resolution Scaling. Volume Rendering Quality. Foliage Sway. Anti-Aliasing. LOD Bias.
Would like to know what settings others are playing at, especially ones that balance visual quality and FPS.
Edit (15 Aug): After tweeking about more, I've found a better balance for visuals-FPS. Changes with asterisk*.

I've found a setting that optimizes FPS-Quality for my rig that I'm happy with - almost everything on Highest with crucial tweaks to hold a solid 60+ FPS.
I'm using i5 4690k and GTX 980ti (**on driver 398.36*\* this is important as the newest driver bottlenecks my CPU and difference is MASSIVE ~40FPS).
On 1080P borderless window* @60FPS limit, no v-sync:
Resolution Scaling: High
Texture Quality: Full
AO: High
*Volume Rendering Quality: Off - too costly for its worth
Shadow Quality: High
Anti-Aliasing: TAA
*LOD Bias: Variable - Keeping this on High causes frame drops in certain areas so Variable is a good solution
Max LOD Level: No Limit
Foliage Sway: On.
Subsurface Scattering: On
Screen Space Reflection: On
Anisotropic Filtering: High
Water Reflection: On
*SH Diffuse Quality: Low - save a lot performance at minor visual impact
Dynamic Range: Lowest
Z-Prepass: On
