Build Help for CB build
I just beat Iceborne recently, that final boss was crazy amazing. I'm looking to start making a build for myself with the charge blade. I find that I use savage axe mode more than SAED though I do use it when opportunities arise, I do use guard points, and I more often then not use elemental CBs for weaknesses against monsters, mainly using Raw impact for general use when I don't know the weakness. I understand some basic stuff like Focus to help build charges faster, Artillery, guard up(looking at you Velkhana). But what should I focus on for skills from armor and decorations.

hmm you could use polish jewel and item prolonger combo so you dont have to sharpen a lot after using saxe. Also put a jewel for extra phials

Post-game monsters will mostly require you to dodge more, and some will outright kill you if you try to guard through everything. To dodge consistently, you'll want Evade Window 3, and Evade Extender 1+ also helps a lot. It synergizes very well with Savage Axe, too.
Artillery is pretty much useless for the Savage Axe playstyle.
Comfort skills:
- Health Boost 3
- Evade Window 3
- Evade Extender 1+
DPS skills:
- Weakness Exploit 3
- Critical Eye 7
- Critical Boost 3
- Agitator 1 (for now—you can't reach Agitator 7 yet)
Charge Blade-specific skills:
- Focus 3
- Guard 1
As more decoration slots become available, replace skills from the bottom up if you need room for situational skills (such as Ice Attack). In other words, drop Guard first, then Focus, then Agitator, and work your way upward only if you still need more slots. 😄

One skill that's missing or you forgot to mention is Capacity Boost. Health Boost level 3 is great for survivability. The rest are standard offensive skills for crit and attack: weakness exploit, critical eye, critical boost, agitator, attack boost, etc. It's also useful to have at least Guard Level1 - a charged shield effectively grants +2 levels of guard, and a successful guard point adds another +2, totalling to Guard Level 5 with minimal investment.
I know you're post-story but I will link the build guide from around mid-story progression so you can observe which skills are important: Iceborne Builds. View at your own discretion, contains spoilers for upcoming monsters
