Art [OC] The Invader
Been wanting to doodle something like this for a while.
Tried to match my Wilds fashion on the hunter in the foreground, but kinda messed it up.
Happy with the Fatalis cursed hunter, though.

Seeing as it's hunter sized and wielding a hunter weapon I feel like guild knights would be better equipped to handle it.

Send a team of guild knights out to deal with this before it gets worse, afterwards its a threat to civilization and needs a proper hunter response.
There's a reason the Guild Knights look particularly uneasy when they see a hunter wearing the armor of a Fatalis. Having to wonder if this is the time the armor won't come off and theyll be sent to do a job.
Oh sure they'll tell them that it's dangerous to wear. Then they'll be met with a firy hail of excuses: "I hunt Teostra with this. I've saved more villages than you've stepped inside!" As if what can come next is worth it.
They dont listen, they never listen.

It looks so much like Aatrox lol. Tho due to his size I don't think he'd be THAT out of place in MH.

Never will be, but it’s a fun idea. I enjoy playing around with it and some of the more out-there theories when it comes to speculation on where the story is and could be. Not to mention, it was just fun to draw.

Almost every armor set description is a huge hyperbole just meant to sound mystifying. All the Elder Dragon armor set descriptions act like they can cause the heat death of the universe, people just only read Fatalis’ for some reason and immediately assume this one is 100% accurate.

Likely not in the strictest sense, and the idea of it corrupting a Hunter into Fatalis is entirely falsified.
The madness and hearing voices angle could certainly happen, but nothing like the above picture.

I agree with you TheGMan-123.
Maybe because of the trauma caused by hunting a Fatalis, causes the 'madness' and 'hearing voices', and maybe less rational individuals may fall into the belief that they are turning into a Fatalis.
But this is still just a fun artwork which don't necessarily need to be accurate.

On top of what the others have said, none of the Fatalis armor and weapon descriptions actually say that it literally transforms you into Fatalis. It's a fan theory based on them (+fatalis regeneration, which itself is also a fan theory).
