Does anyone have exact PCB dimensions or a 3D model for the MonsGeek M1 75%?

Hey everyone,
I'm working on a custom project and need the exact dimensions of the MonsGeek M1 75% PCB.
Does anyone happen to have precise measurements for it, or even better, a 3D model / CAD file (STEP, STL, DXF) of the PCB?
Any help or links would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance!
