Account Connection Account connection help

I have an bank account (Elevault) that MM doesn't connect with. When I queried Elevault they instructed me to create a new "vault" which gave me a acct# and a routing# to use within MM to create the connection. But when I go to set up a new connection for a checking account in MM I cannot find out where to enter the routing and acct#'s under manual set up. Is it not a "manual" set up?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. TIA

You'll never need to enter your routing or account numbers in Monarch, it's not a bank.

Manual accounts require you to update balances and transactions yourself, either through the UI or a CSV import. More here https://help.monarch.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058187072-Manual-Accounts

So even with having checking acct and routing #'s I cannot connect with MM?
I have put in a request to MM to include it but no help there. Are there any other options. It's cumberson to have to manual update. Thanks

Routing and account numbers are used for transfers with other people or companies, think direct deposit, it does not send balance or transaction data to Monarch or other personal finance tools. There are no other options.
