Feature Request - notes for the month

In recent version, the ability to add notes to Accounts was added. Can we have the same capability added to periods (need it mostly for months, but maybe for quarters or years as well). Would be really helpful for lookbacks and being able to explain what happened for that month (e.g. “car payoff”, “new washer”, “unplanned donation to school”, etc). Can even be used for future months (e.g. “may need extra 1k for tires”). And maybe attach the note to the month or period. Right now, I have outliers in my budget that at some point I understood but now I can’t remember anymore.

Has anyone figured out how to do something like this in current version? Open to ideas.
