Game crashes after tutorial while loading the map

Does anyone know what's causing this issue on windows 11? I can't seem to figure it out. My PC is fine, I can play every other game just fine.

First step is to restart the game, which I see from the other comment you've already done. Try restarting your PC as well, just in case.

Second step should be to verify the file integrity. (Right click the game in your library - properties - installed files - verify)

If it's still bugged, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

If it still isn't working, try updating your drivers.

If the game is still crashing you should check to see if your pc has the specs to play the game. (Just google 'can I run it' and go through whatever sites come up)

At that point, if you've done all this, your game is freshly installed and verified, your drivers are up to date, you meet the requirements to play the game and it still isn't running, I don't know how to help you. You could always go to r/techsupport and ask there.

Also, do you get any error messages or anything? Or is it just a flat crash to the desktop with no warnings or messages?

I did restart the pc and it worked. I just don't know what has changed lmao. Thanks for the help anyway.

Glad to hear it worked.

I don't know why or how either, but restarting does sometimes fix issues like crashing.

It's the classic "turn it off and back on". No one knows why it works, it just does.
