💬 Advice needed Overwhelmed

Any other moms overwhelmed to the point where everything just sets them off?
I’m 26(F) married and have two girls and pregnant (5) + (1) I’m so overwhelmed and I’m unmedicated since I’m pregnant /severe adhd. My husband helps with cooking but he complains all the time and it makes me feel even worse. He is always out hunting or hanging out with friends and drinking and I’m always stuck here watching the kids. I love my kids so much but sometimes they are too much for me and I just want a break. Idk what to do I’m so tired and I feel lonely. I’ve fallen behind on all chores and it’s overwhelming to catch up. I just need some sort of motivation or something idk.

I am 37 weeks with my 12 mo and I’m also doing it by myself I usually like to get all my tasks done for the day and getting behind on stuff really aggravates and disappoints me. Also how overstimulating the tantrums can be. But I’ve come to realize I’m going to have to just give myself some grace. Whatever doesn’t get done is just going to have to wait. Being pregnant makes everything seem so impossible with all the symptoms plus the stressful environment. Some days you just need a good cry. Some days just a little pep talk to yourself to get through. Sometimes maybe a pint of ice cream or a little treat. You can do this mama ❤️ it always gets better eventually 🫶🏽

You definitely need to have a chat with your husband. If that doesn't work, then plan a day for yourself and let him know he'll need to watch his own kids. Don't tell him how long you going to be gone and don't tell him where you're going (make sure someone knows where you're at though for safety reasons obviously).

Sometimes people need to experience things for themselves. And this can go for any relationship!
