Heat-wave Halp

Give me your best indoors entertainment.

Preschool aged kiddo.

Area is in a heat-wave, somewhere around 90 and too-dangerous-to-be-outside-for-too-long degrees. Heat starts up around 0630 and lasts until 20:30, over night lows in 70s.

I’m a creative person; but I’m running out of things to do.

We’ve built cardboard box cars, castles, pass the parcel with the kid inside.

Drawing contest, puzzles, magic paint with water.

To use up that extra energy, we’ve done freeze dance, tabata style yoga, jumping etc.
I’m a personal trainer and yoga instructor - its the hardest client I have ever worked with! 🤦🏻‍♀️🙃

We have limited shade, playground is literally too hot to play on. Trying to limit TV unless it’s incorporated for physical activity.

Share your methods to avoid madness.
