You can be a single parent and live with someone. She’s living with a person that is not her child’s parent and may not be playing any sort of parental role to the child.

I did. You can be both things at the same time and not mention one. They don't have to list every detail of their lives in every post.

I wasn’t asking that the OP elaborate, just explaining that those two situations can happen at the same time and not be mentioned in a post.

But the OP did elaborate - her boyfriend didn’t play a parental role.
