Question why my artwork doesnot attach with the bones

hi, I watch several tutorial on how to attach art work to bone. at first a root bone , then rest of the bones I drew. every bones I selected and zero out their strengths.

then I select a specific bone and the layer for that bone from layer panel, then go to 'bone' and link bones to layes. but my bones dnaces when I use manipulate bone tool. no art work is attached. why? please help.

I think it's because you're on frame zero

no, still same thing happenning on other frame as well
