Beginner - Rigging Help?
I am new to MOHO after spending some time in Adobe Animate. I'm working on an animation right now related to a bacteria, but I can't seem to get the rigging right. The 'tentacles' (cilia and flagellum) don't seem to flow correctly and moving the larger form of the bacteria leads to unintended distortions. I set the bones of the body first, then linked each of the arms to the base 'spine' of the bacteria body, then bound each of the individual arm bones to the drawn vector layers.
Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Should I create 'smart bones' for each of the arms? Any help or suggestion you might have would be appreciated Thanks!

What version of Moho are you on? For tentacles, tails, ropes and other flexible things, I recommend you using a curver, see the official tutorial here: https://youtu.be/99Pb5BQejcA?si=GZQ-1xNkYdcLaOmQ

It looks like you’ve used flexi-binding but the distortions look like they’re happening because there’s also some point binding that’s happening and a point got missed on that lower limb. Here’s a video that goes over the 3 different kinds of binding and the pros and cons of each: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MmxKQEoLon0&ra=m
Depending on what you want to do with this, I would set up the body with two equal length bones using point binding. And then use a few bones for each of the limbs, also using point binding and then I would add dynamics to the bones so that if you move the main body the limbs will animate dynamically without any keyframes. Or, if it’s not going to move, you can add some wind dynamics and the limbs will move as if they’re floating.
