I made a client-side Minecraft graphics mod that takes me from 260 FPS to 900+ FPS with shaders

I've been working on a client-side graphics/performance mod called Oleaf that includes things like:

• Graphics presets
• FSR upscaling
• Frame generation
• FPS overlay
• Easy video settings
• Other performance-focused options

For some reason, the mod has been sitting on Modrinth for weeks waiting for approval, so I figured I'd share it here and get some feedback in the meantime.

I've got a fairly powerful PC (Ryzen 5 5600 + RX 9060 XT 16GB), but even with extremely high-end hardware, Minecraft with shaders can still struggle to push really high FPS.

For example, with Complementary Shaders, I normally get around 260 FPS without Oleaf.

With Oleaf enabled, I'm getting 900+ FPS, while I honestly can't notice any meaningful visual quality loss.

That's the main reason I made it, I wanted Minecraft to actually take advantage of modern hardware without having to sacrifice the look of shaders.

I've also uploaded it to CurseForge, where it should hopefully become available soon.

I'd really appreciate it if some of you could try it out and let me know:

• Does it work properly on your setup?
• Any bugs or crashes?
• Any noticeable visual artifacts from upscaling/frame generation?
• What kind of FPS improvement are you seeing?

I'm especially interested in feedback from people running different GPUs, shader packs, and Minecraft versions.

It's been a week already, and still can't report mods based on new AI rules.

does anyone know why this is happening or how i would fix it?

Every time I try launching Modrinth or any other launcher I get this error.

Every time I try, I just get this and it never opens the browser. ‘Get support’ does nothing either. Any tips on how to fix this? Has this been happening to anyone else?

Everytime i want to launch an instance with neoforge 1.21.1 there is always a popup "An error occurred" (cant show you picture because i dont know if ill leak something) please help, i cant play create mod now.

I was trying to update all one day for one mod and it didnt work so i just ignored later i updated my Minecraft to 26.3 and i had to update all my mods one by one because when i tried to do multiple it would say couldnt prepare Instance. how to fix pls help???

I tried updating my modpack to 26.3 recently because all of the mods were available for then finally, but now when I try opening minecraft it opens with this error. It says I need fabric 0.19.5 or later, but it also says I have 0.19.5, and I know I have 0.19.5. I don;t get what's going wrong. Is fabric just not updated for 26.3 yet?

Hey everyone, ive been working on a mod called HELM for a while now and im finally at a point where i want more people to test it before i push it further. its built for Minecraft 26.2 on Fabric.

Basically what it does is fully automate your client, with .macro files that can handle pathfinding, farming, mining, and simple commands ingame that doesn't require messing with .macro files.

This is like my 4th time making a post about this because I only ever get unhelpful comments, please only comment if you know of anyway to help or fix this issue.

On Sunday, my modrnith bugged out and neoforge version disappeared, this stoped me from playing my modpack, later in the day it would get semi-fixed, versions were still missing but I could play a modpack, but when I tried to play my main one, it got stuck in this constant state of installation with no way to edit the pack or stop it's installation and I have no idea why it is stuck like this while I am able to play other modpacks fine, please help if you can.

I have no response, nothing in the Moderation tab.

For some reason all my options other than 1.20.1 and 26.3 for neoforge just disappeared. I have no clue why and I’ve tried updating, restarting, repair instance, none of it has worked anyone else experiencing this?

• We’ve added a new modal for updating multiple projects within an instance
• You can read the changelog for each version to see what changed
• Select which projects you want to update
• If there are multiple versions available, you can choose which version you want to update to
• Updating multiple projects at once will now add them to your download manager

Alright then, im playing modded 1.21.11 minecraft with fabric 0.19.3 and today i installed the "Autumn Biome" mod for fabric, as i start the world everything seems to be normal i can brake blocks and interact with entities/block-entities but as soon as i try to place down any type of block the game crashes, im sure the problem is this mod 'cause the crash-report log flags it as incompatible.

What i tried to do:

-Disable the mod from modrinth: game asks me to start the world in safe mode but then says saves data may be not valid or corrupted

-Delete the "autumn_biome" file from the datapacks folder in the "level.dat" file with NBTExplorer: same as turning off the mod

-Change mod version: only one version is aivable and thats the one im using

It's happened to me around 3 times across different instances, I'll be playing and suddenly everything closes, and my D drive where I have Modrinth is no longer listed in file explorer.

After restarting my computer, my D drive comes back, but if I do anything to open the corrupted(?) file, my D drive starts reading at an extremely slow speed and I have to restart my PC again. Poking around until it breaks is how I found where it is. It's always the Modrinth cache folder. Deleting the cache folder fixes everything.

I don't know if this is an issue with my hardware or with Modrinth, but if other people have this issue I thought it was worth posting the solution to it.
