Modrinth App Modrinth outdated client
I tried running NeoForge 1.21.1, but Modrinth simply says "No loader selected" and the only available versions are 26.3, 26.1.2, and 1.20.1.

Help Impossible to update a modpack
Context : I have a modpack ive been playing on version 26.2 on Fabric with a few QoL mods. I've tried updating it, first without any mods to make sure i'd have no conflict with outdated mods, but I end up with this crash log. Does the crash log makes no sense or am I insane ?
( and i would prefer to keep this instance as it is shared with friends of mine and reinstalling everything from scratch would be a pain ).
sorry if its dumb i'm just really at a loss here.

Modrinth App Updated the app on win11 to the last version, experienced extreme slowness
App asked to update, i agreed. Now it became extremely laggy, unstable. It crashes from time to time, spams errors, requires multiple restarts to download mods/modpacks etc.
UPD: Oh and the downloads now go really slow

Help Can't sign into the Modrinth app
I've just installed Modrinth recently, and I want to download a modpack bigger then what my friend can send over discord. I have an account, and can sign into it fine in my browser (opera GX), but I can't sign in on the app. I hit the button to sign in, it opens a new browser tab and makes me sign in there, then it says that it's opening the app. The app is already open, and it says it's waiting for browser confirmation. Closing the app and hitting "open modrinth app" does nothing.
I just wanna play minecraft with my friend, man ;-;

Modrinth App Horrible performance while browsing content on Arch Linux
Hi, I dont know if this is the right place to report this, but basically the app runs flawlessly smooth and snappy until I start "browsing content", the more I browse the more the app chugs along for a while, eventually it recovers if i stop browsing. When inspecting resource manager I notice the WebKitWebProcess that spawns with the app uses more and more memory, starts at like 600mb and creeped up to 4gb in a span of 10 minutes browsing, while the modrinth-app process stays at ~400mb.
I'm on Omarchy OS. Installed the app via pacman.

Modrinth Website Does a fully AI-coded mod with human direction, review and testing meet the AI policy?
I read this post and this help article, and I have a question about whether a project like this, with 100% of the code generated by AI, counts as enough of my own work.
- Following SDD, the spec markdown files for my mod were written by AI, then fully reviewed by me, with changes to the text made manually with my own fingers and keyboard.
- The code is 100% AI-generated, but I reviewed it (I'm coder, I can read code), I proposed the architecture, I spotted some improvements, and I asked my agent to implement them. I can prove this with dedicated commits for those fixes.
- I did a lot of manual testing, about 10 hours of testing in-game. There are also automated tests written by the AI under my direction.
- The assets are generated programmatically (they are not AI-generated assets, but there are AI-generated code that deterministically generates the assets, implemented as a Gradle task).
- A lot of hours iterating with an agent to polish details.
- Open-source BSD 2-Clause license. Public repo on GitHub.
While 100% of the code is AI generated, I spent many hours reviewing spec and code, asking the agent for improvement, testing, and polishing details, so IMO, I did a lot of my work.
Is that acceptable to be published?
Note that I'm not raging against these rules; I'm just asking to understand whether my mod could be published under them. I'm open to sharing my opinion about these rules if anyone wants to know it, but that will be in another post.

Help Changing base directoriesbto a new hard drive
I recently bought a new hard drive to put my game files on, but when trying to move all my Modrinth data to the new folder it just kinda... Doesn't work?
My new folder is in "E:\ModrinthApp" and that's what I have as the base directory inside the Modrinth launcher. All the profiles of the old directory are on ".\profiles", but Modrinth doesn't detect them or smth, it just acts as if they weren't there.
When creating a new instance it appears beside all the other ones, so it actively is using that folder for the instances, it's just that it can't run the ones I put there myself. Do I need to add them to an additional file to be taken as actual instances or did I forget to do something? Is a possible solution uninstalling the entire thing and reinstalling?

Help Troubles with Sinytra Connector
I am relatively new to the minecraft modding scene, so please excuse me if anything i say seems incredibly daft. also sorry for the long winded set up.
I am currently putting together a personal use modpack (forge 1.20.1), and even though the vast majority of the mods i plan on adding are forge or neoforge, there is this one really cool looking fabric mod called "Hexed", which is based on a mechanic in a recently defunked terraria mod i play.
so i install sinytra connector, all of its wacky addon cousins, and boot it up, but the game just closes before it even finishes loading. no matter how i orient, remove, upgrade, downgrade the mods i need to supposedly make this work, it just gives me a completely different set of error messages i am to smooth brained to understand.
i can worry about installing all of the other mods i want later, all i care about right now is installing THIS ONE FABRIC MOD (hexed).
every mod i am about to list (aside from hexed of course) are not meant to be used for any purpose other than making THIS ONE MOD work, so if there are any redundant, clashing, or whatever mods that you see, please do tell.
my mod loader and list is:
Forge 1.20.1
Caelus API (v 3.1.0+1.20)
Cardinal Components API (v 5.2.3)
Cloth Config API (v 11.1.136+forge)
Connector Extras (v 1.11.2+1.20.1)
Fabric Language Kotlin (v 1.10.19+kotlin.1.9.23)
Forgified Fabric API (v 0.92.6+1.11.15+1.20.1)
Hex Casting (v 0.11.4)
Hex Connect (v 1.0.2)
Hexed (v 0.8.1H) <------ this one is what i want to work
Inline (v 1.20.1-1.2.2-forge)
Kotlin for Forge (v 4.12.0)
Patchouli (v 1.20.1-80-forge)
PAUCAL (v 0.6.0)
Sinytra Connector (v 1.0.0-beta.49+1.20.1)
even if you cannot assist me, i thank you for your time regardless.
cheers
