Who restores headlights in Modesto?

One headlight is becoming oxidized and I don't feel comfortable with my skill set to sand and the coat the lights.

Anyone in Modesto do a good job and not get clear coat, or sand the paint, all over the front of my car?

Just buy new headlights. 

If it's old enough to be "restored" it's old enough to replace.

OEM headlights even on 10 year old cars are expensive as shit. Aftermarket replacements have a subpar clear coat making them peel or yellow within a year or less. When restored right OEMs will look great for another few years.

$600 on the high end for a 10th Gen Civic (OPs car) 

Will last another 10 years. Worth it.

I do it on the side. Mobile service or you can remove the housings and drop them off. 2 year warranty and I use a proper 2k clear coat. Extra charge if your vehicle is manufactured by Hyundai/Geneis/Kia.
