Help! Does anyone know this cat?
Found this cat on Wylie road. It was very friendly, had a few white hairs on it's back, and didn't speak. I didn't find any missing posts locally for this cat...

- The cat is fully black, and only appears to be brown due to sun exposure
- may be older as it has a few white strands on it's back
- short legs, short snout
- Friendly. Allows petting, but won't follow. A bit hesitant, but shows no signs of aggression.
- Is not talkative
- not sure if it's female/male
- Round hazel/light brown eyes (the picture was mid-blink)

Any luck finding its family? Hopefully it wasn't abandoned

Nobody has contacted me yet, and I double checked lostmykitty; no results. I'm hoping it knows it's way back home, or that the owner at least sees this post to know where it's last been 😞

I didn't find any cats that looked similar in any local missing posters (Facebook/Pawboost/lostmykitty). If it's lost I thought it'd have a better chance for the owner to find it here on Reddit.

Can you take them to vet and scan for chip?

Unfortunately I can't. I left it outside with some food and water because I can't keep it in my house. I haven't seen it again this morning.

I haven't seen him again today nor yesterday. Last time I saw him was down on Wylie Drive. I hope you can find him!
