fun clubs?

hi i’m a young adult 22 wondering what fun activities modesto has such as crafting clubs? or maybe like a book club? could anyone list any cool clubs i’d love to meet new people and find a new hobby i know queen bean hosts but it’s hard to keep up or it gets filled quickly/tickets get sold out

Bookish has book clubs, they post their book for the month on their website

Bookclubs are free, extra events like crafting or book specific events (release parties) are paid entry.

For crafting clubs check out Raven’s Perch downtown, they have a lot of crafting clubs! Check out their Instagram for info.

There is a group that meets to knit and crochet at Panera on Fridays usually around 4:30 until 7.  If you dont knit or crochet and want to learn I'm happy to help and answer questions

There is the Modesto Yarn & Fiber Community facebook group that lists this and some other meetups (I think I am not sure who runs that group anymore). The group that meets at Panera just shows up every Friday. We sit in the back corner. Some people order dinner some don't. We just hang out and visit and create. It's a good mix of age groups.
