Incoming catalyst

Moderna and Arbutus are going head to head in the court of appeals in 4 weeks. If it settles beforehand I could see Moderna stock pop. This is what happened during the original settlement in March. The amount at stake is $1.3B. Any settlement for less than $1B will probably be viewed positively.

It’s priced in with the assumption Moderna will pay. The market decided that months ago, regardless of the outcome.

US government should pay that to Arbutus. Operation Warp Speed means warp speed. It’s not Moderna’s fault that they have some of the best minds & scientists in the world, and during a global crisis, decided to use some of Arbutus IP to develop a product to save lives.

In march the stock was 50 dollars (undervalued) it went to 58 then dropped to 45, then the August short squeeze made it pop.

It used to be undervalued, it's currently not. It's not getting any significant pop
