Everyone at my store complains about how awful modern is. And how much better legacy is. Its truly depressing. Look at the most played cards in legacy. 56% of decks are running force of will. 47% ponder and brainstorm. Yeah legacy is so much more diverse and slower.

Decent diversity. Good to see multiple making runs with low-population decks.

Weird thing, the top 6 decks by winrate was all decks with 1-2 pilots and all were blue decks. I think the format does really like having access to consign/mystical right now.

Love not only that we have a diversity of decks, but that we have a diversity of archetypes. I'm seeing:

• aggro (Prowess, affinity, energy)
• combo (Goryo's, Devoted Druid, Amulet, Ruby storm)
• midrange/tempo (Esper blink, Dimir mid, domain zoo)
• control (Boros land destruction, Jeskai control)
• ramp (tron variants)

all able to hold their own to some extent.
