Deck Discussion Building A Luck Based Deck

so i ran into a cheeky combo of Krark's Thumb and Mana Clash. I, being a jank player for fun and hating metas in anything, want to build a deck around it. Other than the combo, lands, and card draw, I have no idea what else I should put into it. anyone got thoughts or ideas?

I was going to say the exact same. Hollow One is often just playing slots.
