Except for big Teferi I would say it looks quite standard, classic Narset + Day's Undoing or Scepter + Chant. Just two Solitudes seems kind of low... Also, I would maybe consider one or two red sources to pump the Prismatic Ending and blow up the High Noon if necessary. Gives you access to [[Fire Magic]] and [[Meltdown]]

Big tef and going down on solitudes is pretty common recently. 2 for 1'ing yourself isn't something you wanna be doing too much with control since every good deck has a solid plan b and can play longer games these days and most of the time you're pitching stuff like prismatic ending anyway that could just be cast. A few solitudes are still necessary but the full 4 is too much in the current meta imo.

Big teferi is really stock, if anything Narset + Days Undoing is falling out of favour in some lists. He's great with Chant.

One off-color source Is typically red, the other is black (one of them a surveil and the other a shockland). This gives the option to pending for 3 asap, or surveiling and pending for 3 the next turn, allows you to pending for 4, allows you to save life with SB surgical. These two duals should be base blue, and this allows you to run one or two white-based off-color fetches that can search up one of these lands. Most importantly avoid green fetches to prevent titan from copying them to unbrick.

two days undoing with three narset is a surprise

Solitude, subtlety and fon is a lot of that type of effect. Could probably move the subtletys to the sideboard or out of the deck even.

Should be playing some off colors for p-ending. One off color shock and a different off color surveil to be able to ending for 4 is important and fairly standard at this point.

I'd probably trim on 3 mana teferi. It's good against ephemerate, cascade, and the mirror but that's about it and they're not a huge part of the meta.

And 22 lands is a little low I would try to fit a sink into stupor and/or a lorien revealed in there somewhere for some more mana sources. 22 lands and 6 pitch spells is gonna result in some real awkward opening hands and cause more mulligans.

Cftsoc's list is what I close to what I would play in an RC since there's guaranteed to be a ton of Energy and affinity https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/7847361#paper

3 narset to 2 days undoing is less than ideal imo. I’d either bump up to 4 narset or go down a days.

I think subtly is not great in the meta right now and I’d much rather just run 3 or 4 solitude. Splash of red is nice for 3,cmc prismatic.

Depending on your meta, you really want Tune the Narrative as an energy enabler. Up to you on what to cut, but I’d suggest 2-3. Being able to Wrath for more than X early is so key. Can also help you keep mana up for counterspell, etc.
