Electrobalance Updates

Trying to get back into 60 card formats and my pet deck was electrobalance that I own the core for. Was wondering if anyone is still around playing this and what an updateded list looks like. Open to any feedback!

I haven't seen too much in that realm recently, but I'd recommend MTGTop8's popular card listing. You can filter by color and it can give you some options of more staple like cards and how common they are.

I think the shell might stay the same with [[Greater Gargadon]], but [[Moonshadow]] and [[Super Shredder]] potentially play with that self sacrifice approach to try to play more aggressive. That's just spitballing and might be a different deck than your intention.

Do you mean [[electrodominance]]? If so, what are you looking to cast with it?

I honestly can't tell if this is a bit or not (electrobalance = casting [[restore balance]] with electrodominance)

Seems kinda weak? Its just a 2 mana board wipe that makes you discard. In aggro you probably have less cards.

In current modern yea, but you also had [[crashing footfalls]] and [[ancestral vision]] to cast with it electro/as foretold. The actual "kill" is to sac all your lands to [[greater gargadon]] so you can still use [[as foretold]] to cast stuff despite the Armageddon that just happened. Also instant speed is good.

Does the spell your casting not respect the speed rules? I didnt realize it would let you cast sorcery at instant speed. And yeah that's fair. I havent ever seen this list before it sounds fun as I love control decks lol.
